Effective October 7, 2026.

This site is about one thing: the sale of the Goldstein family farm at W2331 Kniep Road, Spring Prairie, Wisconsin. Here is what happens with the information you share on it.

What we collect

If you ask to be notified when the farm is listed, or send an inquiry, we collect what you type: your name, email, and, if you choose, your phone number and a note about what you are looking for.

If you type your email into the notify form, we may save it even if you do not press the button, and send you one email asking if you want the notice. You will not get more than that one email unless you sign up.

How we use it

Only to write to you about the farm: the listing notice, answers to your questions, and showing details. Your information is kept in our contact system and is not sold or shared with anyone outside the family and the people helping with the sale.

Your phone number is optional. We only use it if you ask us to call or text you about the farm.

Unsubscribe

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply "remove" to any email or write to hans@hansgoldstein.com and we will delete your information.

Technical data

Like any website, our host and network provider record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. The notify form remembers in your browser that you already saw or answered it, so it does not ask again.

Anti-spam policy

We do not advertise this website by unsolicited bulk email, and we do not allow anyone, including affiliates, vendors or partners, to do so on our behalf. Email we send about this site goes only to people who contacted us, asked for information, or opted in, and every message includes a working way to opt out, which we honor promptly. To report a message that violates this policy, write to hans@hansgoldstein.com.
